I have a new job, therefore my post will be less frequent. Also, I decided to cut my nails down, so I don't have to worry about them breaking. I'll be doing a series of post featuring Nfu-Oh "flakies" over other polishes. Enjoy!
I ordered some business cards. I've been thinking about doing this for months and finally came up with a layout and design I was happy with. They were surprisingly inexpensive and easy to create using zazzle.com.
Nfu-Oh GS-14 is one of my top five polishes. It's a black base with holo glitter and very unique. I've only worn it twice and in the sun the glitter is a lot more noticeable.
I bought this ring a couple months ago and wanted to really make it my own. I decided to paint the flowers black and red using nail polish.

For the Konad design, I used plate m74 on the thumb, m60 for the argyle pattern, and m10 the paw prints.
A friend of mine requested, actually demanded, that I do another sponge design. So, I tried out something pretty simple to demonstrate. I included some extra photos for each step of the process. Enjoy!

Design:
Step 1: Cut off a piece of sponge.
Step 2: Use 4-5 drops of nail polish on wax paper.
Step 3: Dab sponge on to nails, slowly building color with each application.
Step 4: Apply the Konad design to tip of nails. I used plate m60.
Welcome! I'm interested in expressing myself in a lot of artistic ways, foremost, my nails. I sketch and create watercolor paintings. I collect vintage jewelry and journals.
(P.S. These are my real nails.)
